Dr. Alex Cofield grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science & Technology from Louisiana State University. After spending time on a Thoroughbred breeding farm in central Kentucky she returned to Baton Rouge where she completed a Master of Science degree in Equine.
