About

Born and raised in southern California, Michelle got her first taste of veterinary medicine rehabilitating marine mammals while attending UC Santa Barbara. After graduation, she decided to continue in the field and pivoted to domestic animals. She has been working as a vet assistant in San Jose ever since. Making veterinary visits less scary for both pets and their people is her favorite part of the job.
