Abbie Beahm, DVM, CVA was raised on a small hobby farm in eastern Iowa. Through the years, she raised goats, chickens, cattle, and horses. She also had some interesting pets growing up, including rabbits, salamanders, hamsters, and a raccoon! She has always had a special interest in exotic animals, and knew from a very young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian.
