Dr. JJ Khela joined SVA in September 2022, with a heart full of love for animals and a determination to make a positive impact in their lives. Despite his childhood aspiration of becoming a firefighter (complete with all the bells and whistles – a big axe, a dashing suit, and a flashy red truck), he soon realized that his true calling was in veterinary medicine.
