Dr. Kathy grew up in Kelley, Iowa. She spent most of her early years surrounded by animals and received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 1997. She was accepted into the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2000.
