Dr. Voss was born and raised in southeast Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for veterinary school. After finishing school, he initially worked as a large animal veterinarian in Watertown, WI. After a few years, he moved back to southeast Wisconsin - where he remains today - to work as a small animal veterinarian.
