4. Are there any conflicts of interest if I work at a private vet clinic and also with Search A Vet?

No conflicts of interest. Search A Vet is highly flexible and totally fine with you working both privately and with us.

5. Does Search A Vet primarily focus on dogs and cats?

We serve various pets, including cats, dogs, ferrets, birds, horses, cows, fish, reptiles or amphibians, farm animals, small mammals, and even exotic animals.

6. Is there support and guidance available for me through Search A Vet?

We guide Vets Near You on how to use our mobile app, how to make appointments, and everything they need to know before getting officially started.

7. Does Search A Vet match veterinary professionals with clients, or can clients find me independently on the platform?

Both ways. Search a Vet takes the client to the relevant vet according to their pet, its problem, and other factors. However, clients can also reach out to you by searching their cases.

8. Will I be considered an employee or an independent agent?

Neither of them. You’re a customer to us, and we don’t treat you as an employee, agent, or contractor.

9. What is the payment process to pay veterinary professionals?

Generally, we prefer bank transfer or credit card methods for a smooth transactional process. You’ll be paid according to the payment options in your region.
